FREE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT How Do I return my jewelry for a SIZE EXCHANGE? How do I return my jewelry for a REFUND?
We want you to have the best and most comfortable size possible. If you receive a ring that does not fit properly, you can send the ring back within 30 days from the day that you received it for a free size exchange. Include a copy of your invoice with your current contact information (telephone/email). And make a note as to what finger size you need. There is no restocking fee. You have the choice of two return shipping methods.
If you need to return an item for an EXCHANGE please follow these steps.
1. Please package the jewelry securely.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice.
3. Please write what new size you need to exchange for. You can write this on the copy of the invoice, or include a note for us. Make sure we have your contact information so we can contact you.
4. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this.
5. Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives at our destination. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged will NOT be accepted for refund. For refund items must be returned in original boxes. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of package receipt, and can only be issued to the original payment method.
